My 14 yr old Chihuahua has a cough, but I can't catch her. What can I do ? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 7 lbs

If Snickers has a favorite treat you can try to lure her close enough to you to be able to pick her up. If she is small, you can also try to gently toss a blanket or towel over her to catch her. Most dogs will stand still and stop moving if there is a blanket over their head, in which case you can then pick her up safely to bring her to the vet.
