My puppy was bitten by a dog. How to treat his minor face cuts?

An older dog with no illness got aggressive with my puppy and bit him, small cuts on his face stopped bleeding after a few minutes and he is not acting lethargic or anything. He was able to eat and drink shortly after and went outside with no issues. I just want to make sure everything looks okay. Pet's info: Dog | Bloodhound | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 9 days old | 20 lbs

You can get one at a pet store or make one at home. Keep the cuts clean and dry, and monitor it for signs of infection.
