First day eating after parvo: How much food and water for a weak stomach?

my pet is recovering from parvo and today is his first day eating again. How much water and food would be okay for his stomach since it still is weak.

You can feed him some boiled white meat chicken (no bone) and white rice in small amounts several times a day. I would leave out small amounts of water at a time, ensuring that he does drink, but doesn't drink too much at once.
