In looking up Martin's Surrender, I see that it is a wettable powder. Make sure that this powder is thoroughly watered into the mound, and allowed to dry completely before Gillian is allowed nearby it. Be sure to sweep up any spilled bait, and do not leave any visible piles of bait on top of the mound, as this may tempt some pets to eat it. According to the label of Martin's Surrender, it is safe for pets when it is used as directed. Be sure to use the product as directed, clean up any spilled bait, and Gillian should be ok :-)
