My dog sits down during walks and treats are not helping she is not getting exercise please help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 10 days old | 16 lbs

It is possible that Banba will not walk because of some medical problem such as hip dysplasia or even a cardiac condition. If she walks normally at home or in the yard, the source is behavioral.
