Why does my outdoor cat have a thick white scab line on her back?

I have an outdoor cat whose last vet visit was a year ago with all her needed outdoor shots. I found a white scab going down a line on her back, a few inches, not scattered scabs, it's down a line.. White scab, kinda thick. No blood on them at all. Help please. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 10 lbs

It could be from trauma or possible a bacterial skin infection. You could give her a bath with a medicated cat shampoo and see if that helps. If not, she should be examined by a vet to determine the cause and treat the problem.
