My 7-month-old dog is sick, lethargic, and vomiting. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Treeing Walker Coonhound | Female | unspayed | 5 months and 27 days old | 20 lbs

My 7 mo dog is very dehy and lethargic. Last nite would only chew food but no swallow. Also vomit ketchup pack last night. Urinated alot this morn and bowel move part hard and part soft not runny. Mouth is sensitive, and she fell aslwep with wyes open, took 20 to 30 sec to come back. Just got shots last week at vet adter swallowing towel. She passed it aftwr being sick dor awhilw.

Junebug should be rechecked by your veterinarian. Given her history, abdominal xrays should be done to diagnose any foreign bodies or obstructions. A barium study may be indicated. While at the clinic, supportive care (IV or SQ fluids, stomach protectants, anti emetics, etc) may be administered.
