My dog was vomiting and weak for days, now better. What happened?

My dog was throwing up and not eating or drinking and wouldn't get up for a couple days and now he's walking around and eating. Any idea what's wrong? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 6 days old

Poor Tiny! It sounds like he may have had a GI illness or eaten something rotten. It's good that he's now walking around and eating, and it seems like his illness may have passed. If he does develop those symptoms again, however, I would take him into the vet.
