My dog is sick and won't eat for 20 days. What should I do next?

My dog is not eating since she fell sick .. dhe was detected its been 20 days we tried to feed her milk with a baby bottle.. but she don't want to eat.... The local vet gave her antibiotic injections and multivitamins . What's the cure .. please help .. we are worried about her health. Pet's info: Dog | German Spitz | Female | 12 years and 11 months old | 24.25 lbs

I am so sorry to hear that Doggy is sick. But not eating is a very general sign of illness and she needs bloodwork anlaysis + urinalysis to look at her body systems to determine what the underlying cause of her ailment is. Also she is an older dog so neoplasia (cancer) has to be considered if all her labs come back negative, at which point further testing like an ultrasound or radiograph would be indicated. Your pet is very sick and will need proper testing to find the cause and hopefully there is a treatment specific to her disease condition available that can hopefully give her a good quality of life back. If her prognosis is deemed poor based on the findings, then palliative care (meds to make her comfortable from your vet) may be her best option.
