Can a vaccinated outdoor cat still transmit a disease (e.g. rabies) to another indoor unvaccinated cat should they come in contact with each other?

If the outdoor cat was vaccinated regularly then it is very unlikely that she can contract and transmit a disease like rabies or any of the other diseases it was vaccinated against. The outdoor cat, however, can bring fleas and parasites with her, unless she was treated regularly with flea prevention.
