My 13 month old puppy was constantly try to go potty yesterday and with some urine and other times dry. Today she seems to be just fine. Should I take her in or continue to monitor her?

If she seems completely fine than you could monitor her for the day but, if the signs recur, she needs to be examined by a vet. She could have a urinary tact infection and need an antibiotic. Your vet can do a urinalysis to look for an infection.
