Chihuahua has head bump & swollen mouth after playing. Is she okay?

I have a Chihuahua that was rough housing with our other dog, a dachshund. A couple hours later I noticed a bump on her head and the area around her mouth is swollen. Should I be concerned or could it all just be because of them playing. She doesn't seem to be in pain. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 3 years and 1 month old | 7 lbs

While roughhousing, Nugget could have sustained some trauma to her head and around her mouth. I would not allow her to play with the dogs anymore tonight, and keep her quiet and rested. If her mouth is still swollen in the morning and/or the bump is still present, I would take her into the vet for an exam.
