My cat licked a bald spot onto his neck under his chin. At the top are some very very small black specks. He's up to date on his flea medicine, and is a generally happy cat. I'm at a loss, and trying to avoid an expensive vet visit unless absolutely necessary since I'm a student. Pet's info: Cat | Colorpoint Shorthair | Male | neutered | 8 lbs
