I'm not sure how many tablets Pepper ate or the brand of medication and it's ingredients, but toxicity can occur with an overdose of heartworm medication. If he ate all of it, I'm assume he ate a full package, so I would take him into a vet right away. If it's been less than two hours since he ate it, he can be induced to vomit Bring the package of the mediation with you. You can also call the ASPCA Pet Poison hotline with the medication information, and they can advise you further. Their number is (888) 426-4435. Toxicity symptoms include vomiting, diarrhea, and lack of coordination. Please take Pepper into an ER vet now.

Pepper has to see a vet immediately. The only way to know for certain if there is something that can be done for her is to have her seen by a vet. It's also not fair to leave her in this condition, she is likely very distressed. Please take Pepper into a vet immediately, this is a medical emergency.
