There are drugs that can be given to Layla to help with her incontinence. Medications often effectively manage this condition, and helps prevent accidents. Phenylpropanolamine helps strengthen the urethral sphincter, or there hormone treatment is another drug option. If medications do not work, surgery may be considered. I would speak to your vet about seeing if medications would be a good option for Layla to help her with her incontinence.
