My puppy has hives what r the chances of his throat swelling closed. It's been an hour since the hives came out. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 18 days old | 30 lbs

There is always a chance that an allergic reaction can progress to difficulty breathing. Some allergic reactions can progress slower than others, and it's best to have Beans seen by a vet now to get either an anti-histamine or steroids. The allergic reaction does have to be treated, regardless of the chance of his throat closing, so I would take him into a vet now for treatment.
