My GSD puppy's ears are floppy. Should I give calcium or B12?

My GSD ears were up , his age is 100 days , after the shower ( the first shower in his life ) I shocked when i saw his right ear floppy , i thought that i broke his ear cartilage , and after 1 week , his left ear also became floppy , someone told me he is teething and this is normal , and told me to give hime Calcium and B12 , i wish i could send photos but it's not available, thanKs in advance. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 12 days old | 45 lbs

That could be completely normal. B12 and Calcium are not needed unless specifically recommended by your veterinarian for specific conditions, instead I would recommend a good quality commercial balanced diet like Royal Canin or Hills. Nothing broken anyway, do not worry!
