My dog's nose is cold and wet, but he's acting clingy. Is he sick?

A dog's nose should be cold and wet/moist. This would be normal. The clingy behavior may not be normal and he may not be feeling well. If this continues through tomorrow, I suggest you take him to your veterinarian tomorrow for an exam. In the meantime monitor his feed and water intake and eliminiation (diarrhea or not, what color poop, consistency, etc, urination).
