My pitbull favors her right hip after playing. What's wrong?

I have a pitbull that favors her right hip after she runs and plays withy neighbors pitbull puppy. Am curious why she has that problem. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 3 years and 6 months old

Basically it could be either a hip disease or a knee condition, it will need to be checked by a vet and an x-ray might be needed as well in order to confirm the diagnosis. Knee injuries usually require surgery while hip condition are often treated ssuccessfully with medications.
