My kitten is suddenly cold, twitching, won't eat, and can't move.

my kitten was fine two days ago all of sudden today she can't get up and move she won't eat she crys but sometimes she gets to cry and no meow will come out her breath has a horrible smell and she wasn't old enough to be wormed yet and she has fleas but we give her a bath once a week but its been a couple weeks scents she had one and it seems she keeps getting them and I don't know if she could dieing and she really cold and she can't walk and she keeps twitching

Harley sounds extremely ill, and her symptoms are a medical emergency. Not being able to move and being very cold is quite serious, and she needs medical attention right away. Please bring her into a vet immediately.
