My new adopted cat makes loud gulping noises. Should I worry?

I recently adopted a cat from a shelter and she has been wonderful and hasnt had an issue eating or drinking water. However I have noticed that she makes this really loud gulping noise and I have never experienced this with any animal I have owned. It doesnt seemed to be bothering her at this moment in time. But I am a little concerned. So my question is what could be causing her to gulp like this? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 5 years old

It would be helpful to know if she is making this gulping noise when she is eating and drinking, or does it occur when Ivy's content or purring.
