Why is my 10-month Jack Russell suddenly scared and having accidents?

10 month old Jack russell bitch, vaccinated, wormed, defleaed, fed on virbec from vet. She has been completely clean since 12 weeks. I take her into garden at 11pm and my husband gets up at 5.30 and lets her straight out. For the last few nights she has refused to go out at night and has messed on the floor, if I carry her out she just runs back to the door. Also she used to play happily with other dogs, now she runs away. Her whole personality seems to have changed and I'm worried. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 30 days old

It is possible something has scared her outside - fireworks, an incident with another dog or other event. A calming supplement and thundershirt may help, or walking her out on the leash until she toilets to relearn the appropriate behavior pattern
