You can try the Duoxo shampoo's (calming shampoo or seborrhea shampoo depending on what is present) and the Essential 6 spot on treatment. Also daily fish oils (pet formulated from your local pet store) is a natural skin anti-inflammatory. If these don't work after several weeks of use, then it is best to get Miley evaluated by your vet to make sure there are no underlying conditions (Cushings disease, hepatic disease, Thyroid disease, etc) contributing to the skin problems.

Have Miley examined by your veterinarian to diagnose medical causes. Consider adding an essential fatty acid supplement (usually a fish oil) to her diet to promote healthy skin. Search www.pet360.com for fish oil supplements such as DermCaps or EicosaCaps. Your vet may also have these products in stock.
