What's this hard lump on my 1-week-old puppy's neck and jaw?

My puppy is 1 week and 3 days old and his neck and jaw has a hard swollen spot. He eats fine and is acting like the rest of the litter. There is no sores or cuts and it doesn't seem to be sore. What could it be. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | 10 days old

This may be an injury or an infection. Best to have a veterinarian examine your puppy. Bring mama and the whole litter for a wellness exam and in the course of that show your veterinarian the sick puppy.
