Are guinea pig heat pads enough to prevent respiratory infections?

Will snugglesafe heat pads and guinea pig snuggle sacks keep my guinea warm enough to stop or prevent respiratory infections to develop and set in. How long do guinea pigs have to be cold and in high humidity for them to develop a respiratory infection what does the temperature have to be and humidity for a guinea.pig to develop a respiratory infection and would a snugglesafe heat pad have to be at the same temperature all the time and always warm to stop or prevent a respiratory infection

heat pads and snuggle sacks cannot prevent respiratory infections. They can only keep your guinea pig warm when it is cold. The only thing that can keep your guinea pig from contracting upper respiratory disease is to make sure his cage is always clean,. she gets fed good quality dust free hay, some fruit and veggies in addition and always fresh clean water.
