My dog has small sores and hair loss on her neck. Should I worry?

My dog has small sores on the back of her neck (less than 2mm circumference) and where the sores are small tufts of hair come off....she doesn't seem to be bothered by it but it concerns me. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 9 months old
