My dog has small sores and hair loss on her neck. Should I worry?

My dog has small sores on the back of her neck (less than 2mm circumference) and where the sores are small tufts of hair come off....she doesn't seem to be bothered by it but it concerns me

It sounds like she might have a bacterial skin infection. You could bathe her with a medicated dog shampoo but she may need an oral antibiotic to treat. Have her examined by a vet to determine the exact cause and then your vet can prescribe medications to treat.

    It looks like she could have a skin infection. You could bathe her with a medicated dog shampoo and see if that helps. Otherwise, she should be examined by a vet for treatment. Your vet can do a skin scrape, cytology, and/or culture, if needed, to help diagnose. She may need an antibiotic, corticosteroid, and other medications to treat the problem.
