Found a kitten: What is this blob on its belly near its hind legs?

I found a kitten. I notice a blob like thing at the belly side just right inbetween her to hind legs...i dont know what is that and i dont know what to do...im just a teenager so i do not have enough $$ to check her up. Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Female | unspayed

This blob like thing may actually be a penis if it's located on the belly right in-between the hind legs, and Lisa could be a boy. It could also be an umbilical hernia (but that would be a little further up the belly), or it could be a cyst or an abscess. It should be checked out by a vet, so if you don't have the money for a check up, I would recommend giving her to the SPCA who can get her checked out by a vet, and get the medical treatments she needs (flea treatment, vaccines, deworming medication, etc). They can then find her a home.
