My dog's scab was accidentally ripped off. What should I do?

I thought my dog had a tick on him so i ripped it off. It seems like it was just a scab. I feel bad is there anything i should do for it?

If it was just a scab and there is no active bleeding your pet should be fine. No worries. If it looks a bit irritated you can always put a thin layer of neosporin on it until it heals completely. A new scab should form soon if it was ripped too early.
