My beagle more mix has a stinky pussy discharge in one ear...he gets this often is just using pet ear cleaner enough to help him?

No, that isn't enough to help Charlie. If there is pus from his ears, he has an ear infection and will need to see the vet. Ear infections can be caused by yeast, bacteria, or ear mites. The vet can diagnose the cause of the ear infection, and can prescribe an appropriate treatment. It's very important to have anything here infections examined and treated promptly, as leaving them untreated can lead to hearing loss. I would take Charlie into the vet today.

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Based on your picture, it does look like Charlie has an ear infection. It can either be a yeast or bacterial infection, and will need topical and possibly oral medications in order to resolve. I would recommend he be evaluated by his regular veterinarian to determine what type of infection he has, and to start any medications he needs to resolve it. Good luck!
