my cat has a dime size red patch under her fur on her paw. doesn't seem to be bothering her. assuming it's from all her crazy playing? don't know if i should take her in or keep an eye on it. cleaned it with some hydrogen peroxide.

She could have a bacterial skin infection, ringworm, trauma, or it could be secondary to an allergy. If she doesn't seem bothered by it than you could monitor it for a day or so and see if it starts to look better. Otherwise she should be seen by a vet for treatment. She may need an antibiotic, anti-histamine, corticosteroid, or other medications to treat the problem.
