My pet isn't eating or throwing up after spay surgery, what to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year old

Got her uterus removed 3daysago.Took her home yesterday.Shes not eating at all,I feed her gently with a syringe but she always throws up,what do I do?

This is not a good sign, she might be suffering from an infection, you need to take her back to the vet clinic who performed the surgery so they can check her and supply you medications and treatment for Hutchi.

    I would call your vet tomorrow and let them know what's going on. She should be kept quiet for 10-14 days after the surgery and the diarrhea could be due to her lack of appetite, but to be safe I would keep your vet informed. She should be eating some by now. To entice her to eat you can wet dry food with some low sodium chicken broth and warm it in the microwave, just be careful to make sure it isn't too hot, like you would for a baby or small child. Give her small meals and if she vomits again, get her seen by a vet.
