My dog won't eat w/ her cone on & I don't wanna take it off bc I might not be able to put it back. Any tips other than buy a different one?

Emma might not be eating because it is difficult for her to reach bowl due to the edges of the cone. To help her eat, I would try raising the bowl up higher by putting it on a step stool or box. You could also try feeding her on a plate instead of a bowl.

If Emma cannot reach the food because of the cone, you can put the food bowl on a pedestal or a small box which elevates the bowl. If she can reach the food but does not eat because she is upset, you can take the cone off for feeding time and put it back on after feeding. You may have to have someone hold Emma while you slip the cone back over the head (do not dismantle the cone, just untie the collar or string with which it is tied around Emma's neck.
