Excedrin is highly toxic to dogs due to the aspirin, caffeine, and acetaminophen in it. All three of these ingredients are toxic to dogs. You will see vomiting, and there will be other damage that may take days for symptoms to appear, such as liver damage and GI ulcers. If your dog ate excedrin, she needs to see a vet immediately. I do not know how much she ate, how much she weighs, or the strength of the pills she has eaten, so I can't say for certain how long it will take for side effects to appear. I can say for certain she does need to see a vet now because this drug is toxic to dogs.

Symptoms usually become apparent within 2-24 hours of ingestion. They can include vomiting, lethargy, difficulty breathing, brown gums (not pink), abdominal pain or jaundice. If you believe your dog ingested acetaminophen, seek veterinary attention immediately.
