I don't normally recommend giving pregnant females any kind of extra calcium supplementation during pregnancy, since there is evidence to show that this can actually increase their risk of post-birth complications such as eclampsia. Instead, feed her a high-quality puppy food such as Royal Canin or Purina Pro Plan during her pregnancy and while she is nursing her puppies - puppy food has a higher calorie content than normal adult dog food, and will meet all of the mother's nutritional needs during this time without the need for any additional supplements.

I don't see the benefit to this. Eggs don't provide dogs any extra nutritional value that they can't get with the proper high calorie dog food (puppy formula), which is recommended starting the 2nd trimester and all the way until the puppies are weaned. You want your pet to be proper weight and if u give eggs on top of puppy food there is a chance she could be overweight, which will make her higher risk of labor complications (dystocia).
