These are general signs of stomach upset, she feels that something is not right in her gastrointestinal tract and she tries to make it better by licking the floor (usually when a dog has access to grass they will ingest grass). She is probably suffering from a gastrointestinal infection, possibly due to something bad she ate. withhold food for 12 hours then offer her boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if she is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put her back gradually on her normal food. If she continues vomiting or is not eating, take her to the vet to get treatment.

If these are all new behaviors for Bella, I would be concerned that she may be feeling sick, or have an anxiety problem of some kind, or both. Licking floors and chewing carpets or other things can sometimes indicate that a dig is feeling nauseous. It can also be a stress or anxiety-related behavior in some cases. Vomiting and hiccups are more likely to be due to a physical problem, but stressed or anxious dogs do sometimes vomit also. If there is no obvious reason for her to be upset or anxious, I would recommend having her examined by a vet as soon as you are able to - he/she may need to do blood work and x-rays to help determine what's wrong.

I concur that she appears nauseous. Abdominal radiographs to rule out a foreign body would not be a bad idea either if she has a tendency to get into things.
