Constant bleeding from the gums is not normal and not that easy to stop. It could be a bleeding disorder or a gum/teeth condition, it needs to be checked by a vet, if it's a tooth that is causing this, or something that is stuck in the gums, your dog will need to be put under sedation in order to solve this issue.

This condition may be due to a gum/teeth disease or to a more severe coagulation disorder that requires a check up as soon as possible. I would strongly suggest to have Frankie checked by your local veterinarian immediately.
