Why does my puppy sleep so much and only play while lying down?

My puppy wants to sleep all day and will only play for a few minutes at a time while laying down. Is that normal? Is it okay for her to sleep so much? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 1 month and 15 days old | 50 lbs
