My newborn kitten is crying loudly and can't pee or poop. Help!

My newborn kitten keeps crying loudly and moving a lot, I tried feeding her and stimulating her to urinate and poop but nothing happens, i need help!

If Lola was just born within the last few days, then I would be highly suspicious of a condition called atresia aria (blocked rectum) or even fibrous tissue blocking her from being able to defecate. If you cannot locate an opening back there then it is best to take her to your vet asap. There may be some things that can be done, depending on the extent, to help her be able to relieve herself. I also suspect that the crying and moving a lot, is in response to her being backed up and not being able to go potty.

    Sorry for the spell correct. The condition I was referring to is called "Atresia ani".
