My kitten (10 weeks) has a sudden pot belly, lethargy and not playing very much. She is eating and using the bathroom regularly. She currently has a temp of 104.5. I did treat her for worms today. Another cat from the liter had a respiratory infection but she shows no signs. Does she need an emergency vet visit? I have an appointment monday. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 16 days old | 4.5 lbs
