Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Female | spayed | 5 years and 11 months old | 10 lbs
Our female cat has been pulling her fur out near her hind end and back legs, and scooting across the floor occasionally. We took her to the vet to be checked out and they found no UTI, so we asked them to check her anal glands. They said they were not infected, but they expressed them. After that she stopped pulling out her fur and it started growing back. Fast forward 4 months and now she is doing it again. Took her to a different vet and they thought it was mites/fleas. Gave her a trea

This sounds like it could be a recurrence if the anal gland impaction. They don't have to be infected to cause annoyance. They will fill up again in a couple of months, so it would be about time for her to have them expressed again.
