Why is my cat losing hair, stinking, and her vet treatment failed?

The hair of our car is getting off from her skin. She even stinks now. We showed her to a local vet. He gave a yellow colored powder but it's not working. I'm from India. Hope I'll get help from you soon. Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Female | 4.5 lbs

This looks like an infectious case of dermatitis. It could be caused by bacteria, fungus or parasites. It is pretty severe, she needs to see a vet who can test her skin. To treat it she will need to be treated for parasites, antibiotics and a medicated shampoo. If it is fungal or allergy she could need other medicine also.
