My dog has a lump and lost his voice after boarding. Should I worry?

My GSD has just come out of kennels and has a lump under the skin behind his shoulder blade it is the size of a plum. He has also lost his voice. Should I be worried. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 10 months old | 84 lbs

With it being that large of a growth, it needs to be checked by a vet especially if it is causing pain or has a discharge. If It is does not bother him you can monitor it for any changes if you can not get in right away
