Cat miliary dermatitis: Do falling pimples mean healing or worse?

Pet's info: Cat | Bombay | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 7 months old

So I've been treating my cat from miliary dermatitis with alcool iode solution which i put on a cotton and rub it around her neck and head (infected area) And these little pimples with furr have been falling off Does it mean the treatment is working or getting worse? Please help Thank you ♡

It could mean either, most skin problems always get a little worse before they get better. If an infection occurs in the hair follicle, then clumps of hair fall out. Most military dermatitis causes are complex and involve the immune system so you typically need something besides topical to fully treat it.
