My dog has a small hard crusty lump on the centre of his head just above his eyes sometimes it leaks fluid. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | 3 years and 11 months old | 84 lbs

Poor Blade! Without being able to actually see the lump or examine him in person, it's hard to say what this might be. It could be a localized infection or inflammatory reaction to an insect bite or something similar, a cyst, or even a skin tumor of some kind. I would recommend having the lump checked by your vet when you are able to. He/she can do a simple test called a fine needle aspirate if needed to determine what it is, and will advise you on whether it needs to be removed or not depending on the results.
