My playful dog and shy, slightly aggressive dog aren't friends?

I'm having trouble getting my pets to befriend each other my other dog is younger and very playful avi is very shy any tips to help or is it just not a good match and Avi has shown some aggression but very little. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 5 months old | 15 lbs

Hi there! Sorry you are having this issue with your pups. Behavior can be tricky to modify, especially when introducing new pets to your home. Sometimes letting them "get to know" each other on neutral territory helps out. Take them outside of your home environment to a park or other area where they are both on equal ground and let them take the time to sniff and socialize if they choose to.
