Why is my dog still scratching with wounds after flea treatment?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 2 months old

My dog is scratching often.he had ticks and fleas.but now it's suppressing. But scratched areas is look like wound.how can I cure it?.we met vet in local. He gave five injection. He was okay for few days.then again he is scratching.i will send photo of the wound. I am using turmeric, In the wound.

Unfortunately there are no home remedies for treating this kind of skin infection including turmeric. You need to take Jackson back to the vet for more antibiotics and possibly a topical antibiotic spray. You will also need to disinfect the environment in your home including vacuuming, washing bedding etc to ensure that the fleas are removed from the environment.
