Why is my female dog not eating, vomiting, and can't have puppies?

My bitch is not eating food from past 30 days and she had not able to give birth baby from starting so what is the problem in her why she is not eating and if we feed her forcefully she vomit that food please give me suggestion what to do

It sounds like something is effecting her stomach if she refuses to eat then vomit when she does. I would suspect bad inflammation in the orsophagus or stomach, or some sort of mass or ulcer causing irritation in the stomach. The best way to find out is to take her to the vet as she will need an ultrasound or xray to see the stomach.
