I began to make the transition from ration today, and he has been suffering from diarrhea. He is 3 months old. I leave it without eating a few hours?

If I understand you correctly, it sounds like you are in the process of changing Simba's food and he's having some diarrhea. This isn't uncommon when changing foods, so there's a good chance that this is what's causing the diarrhea. As long as Simba is acting normal otherwise, you can try withholding food for 12 hours to give his stomach a chance to settle, then feed a mixture of the old food and the new food for the next several days to make the switch more gradually :)
