My dog has a swollen bump on his back leaking pus. What should I do?

A few months ago, a skin colored bump came up on my dogs back. It looked like a mole. I asked the vet about it at his annual check up and hey said it was nothing. It kept swelling and leaking, and I thought maybe he scratched it. But now white pus comes out of it a lot. What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male

It may be infected and he might need an antibiotic. The best thing would be to have your vet look at it again and prescribe an antibiotic. It could also just be removed so it doesn't swell and bother him again.
