My new Shih Tzu puppy hasn't pooped. When should I be concerned?

Hey I just brought my shih tzu home around 3:30pm and now it's 1:24am , she's 50 days and she's 1.2kg She's peeing but she's not pooped I've given her dog food twice and milk once Is she okay? When will she poop and is it a concern if she doesn't do it by tomorrow morning ? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | 1 month and 18 days old

Blush may be a little nervous in her new surroundings still. Make sure you're giving her enough time outside, as puppies can get easily distracted and may take 20-30 minutes before they decide to go. Letting her out often will also help give her opportunities to go potty. Milk can cause diarrhea, so it is best avoided. If she still doesn't have a bowel movement after a day or so, or you see any signs of illness, straining to go without results, etc, then having your local vet take a look is best.
